Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Rover's Roast is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, or other events beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Coffee is a perishable food product.

For health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with resolving the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

9. Stella's Fund

One of our missions is supporting animal rescue organizations through Stella's Fund.

Rover's Roast contributes 5% of qualifying sales to Stella's Fund. Contributions are made by Rover's Roast and are not an additional charge to customers.

Purchases from Rover's Roast do not constitute charitable donations by customers and are not tax deductible.

Donation recipients, amounts, and schedules are determined solely by Rover's Roast.
